Science Week- Day 3 Discovering the gases in the air
We placed a candle in a bowl of water, lit it then covered it with a jar. The candle went out as it used up the oxygen, but what was really cool was the way the water level inside the jar rose to replace the oxygen
I loved how Mrs Brieseman lit the candle and then put the jar over the candle and the water was rising in the jar.By phoenix
