Swimming 2011
We've been walking down to Tawa Pool over the last 3 weeks for our swimming lessons. It is awesome to see the confidence and skill develop and improve. Each time we went we asked ourselves the 3 SOLO questions- "What am I doing? How well am I going? What's my next step?" We also watched several utube video clips showing us how to breath, kick, and polish up our strokes -well done everyone!

Kids get in FREE on Children’s Day
Sunday 6 March.
Bring the kids to ZEALANDIA on Children's Day and they’ll get in free. Enjoy free ranger talks and boat rides (11am – 3pm, weather permitting).
There’s so much to explore. Check out the weta hotels, spot a tuatara with the help of our roaming guides and wander along to see the kaka feeding. If you are lucky you might even spot our new takahÄ“ pair. Children must be under 15 and accompanied by an adult.
